To kick off our ramen pop up series at le duc salon we started with a fish based shio (salt) ramen. We blended roasted pike perch bones and pork bone stock and paired it with our house made noodles, shio tare and aroma oil. Topped with charcoal grilled ikejime pike perch and sous vide Bentheimer pork shoulder. Our remaining ramen pop up for 2022 is already sold out but keep your eyes open for future dates!
